Returns & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, if unused and in all the original packaging. We offer free return shipping, so email us at info@ultravioleteyewear.com and let us know if you are wanting a refund or exchange, and we will email you a return label for you to print.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return product is damaged to where we consider it not able to be re-sold.


Refunds

Once your return is received in our office and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We generally process returns in 1-2 business days once we receive them. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is handled by our payment processor WooCommerce, but you can let us know if you are having any issues receiving your refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
